Trofeo Vila de Lloret

A summer tournament for boys and girls in the beach resort of Lloret de Mar, played on modern pitches in Lloret, Blanes, Tordera, Palafolls and nearby towns. It has run for more than a decade, with many strong Spanish and French clubs among its guests.

Teams play in groups of three or four; each group winner goes to the final round, and the other teams carry on in a knockout play-off until they are beaten. The champions lift the Champion Cup, runners-up and third-placed teams receive trophies and medals, and every team takes home a commemorative trophy and medals.

Off the pitch: beaches, boat and paddleboard trips along the bays, the castles of the coast, and the Water World and Magic Park.

Applications close 45 days before the tournament starts. Accommodation and meals are paid in full at least 15 days before the tournament. Cancelling costs 30% of the accommodation and meals from 120 days before the start and 100% from 7 days. The registration fee is not refundable.

Full board, price per person for 2 nights:

• 3-star hotel: players €190 in a triple room, €200 in a double room, €260 in a single room; accompanying adults €140 in a triple room, €150 in a double room, €210 in a single room.

Teams stay in the hotels the organiser offers. Teams arrive the day before the first match. Nearest airport: Girona airport, Barcelona El Prat airport. Airport transfer about €25 per person each way. Transfers between the hotel and the pitches about €35 per person. No registration fee for teams staying in the tournament hotels.
