Terms of use

These terms set the rules for using elitepassnetwork.com. Please read them before you use the website or send us a request. They cover the website only: our services to academies and tournament organisers are governed by the written agreements we sign with them.

The website is run by Magus Group Albania SHPK, registered in Albania under tax number (NIPT) L92228018L, with its registered office at Linzë, Bldg. 30, Entr. 31, Apt. 52, Dajti, 1040 Tirana ("Elite Pass", "we", "us"). Elite Pass is part of Magus Group.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of an academy, a club, a tournament organiser or another organisation, you confirm that you may act for it, and these terms apply to it as well.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website.

These terms do not limit any right you have under mandatory law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Elite Pass is a network that places vetted youth football academies in closed, high-level tournaments. The website presents our services to academies and tournament organisers, the tournaments in our network, our news, and the forms through which you can contact us, ask for access to a tournament or offer a tournament to our network.

The website is meant for professionals and organisations, and for adults acting on their behalf. It is not meant for players, and in particular not for children.

Sending a form, writing to us or clicking "Request access" is a request for information. It does not reserve a place, does not create a contract and does not oblige you or us to anything.

An academy's entry in a tournament is confirmed only when the organiser accepts it and when Elite Pass and the academy have signed a written agreement setting out the entry, our fees, the payment terms and the cancellation rules. An organiser's listing in our network is likewise agreed in writing. If such an agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.

We decide freely whether to follow up a request, and we may decline a request without giving reasons, for example when an academy does not meet the level a tournament requires.

The tournament pages describe events organised by third parties: their dates, places, formats, age groups, levels and status (for example "Open" or "Closed"). We publish this information in good faith, from the information the organisers give us, but:

• it may change, or a tournament may be postponed or cancelled, at any time and without notice from us;
• the organiser's own rules, regulations and confirmations prevail over what the website shows;
• a tournament shown on the website is not necessarily available to every academy, and the number of places is limited;
• prices, travel or accommodation shown on the website, if any, are indicative only and are confirmed in the written agreement.

Please check the details with us before you make any plans or bookings, such as travel, based on the website.

Organisers are responsible for their events. Elite Pass does not run the tournaments it presents, unless a page or an agreement says so.

When you send us a request or any other information, you confirm that:

• the information is true, accurate and yours to share, and you may share it on behalf of your organisation;
• it contains no personal data of players, in particular of children (names, dates of birth, photos, documents or health information): the age groups and the number of players are enough at this stage, and anything else is exchanged only as the written agreement provides;
• it contains nothing unlawful, offensive or confidential to someone else, and no malicious code.

We use what you send us as our privacy policy explains.

You may browse the website, share links to its pages, and print or save pages for your own use or your organisation's internal use.

You may not:

• use the website in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• send false requests or requests in someone else's name, or send automated, bulk or unsolicited messages through the forms;
• try to bypass the protection of the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), the limits on the number of requests or any other security measure;
• try to access parts of the website, the administration area, servers or data that are not meant for you, or test the website for weaknesses without our written permission;
• copy, extract or reuse the content of the website in bulk, with automated tools (scraping) or to build a competing database or service;
• interfere with the working of the website, for example by overloading it or spreading malicious code;
• present yourself as being connected with Elite Pass, or as a member of our network, without our agreement.

If you find a security weakness, please tell us at management@elitepassnetwork.com and do not use or disclose it.

We may block access to the website, or ignore requests, when we have reason to believe that these rules are broken.

The website and its content, including the name and logo of Elite Pass, its design, texts, graphics, icons and the selection and arrangement of its content, belong to Magus Group Albania or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. The Elite Pass name and logo are trade marks of Magus Group Albania.

Using the website does not give you any right to that content, except to use it as these terms allow. You may not use our name or logo, for example in your own marketing, without our written permission.

The names, logos and marks of tournaments, organisers, academies, clubs and partners shown on the website belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean that their owners endorse Elite Pass, unless we say so.

Some photos on the website come from licensed photo libraries and illustrate our services: unless a caption says otherwise, they do not show the tournaments, teams or players named on the page. Other photos are provided by organisers and academies, who confirm that they hold the rights and permissions needed to publish them. Photos may not be reused without the permission of their owner.

If you believe content on the website infringes your rights, or you appear in a photo and want it removed, write to management@elitepassnetwork.com and we will look into it promptly.

The website links to other websites, such as the sites of tournaments, organisers, partners and social networks, and lets you share pages on them. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse a website.

You may link to any public page of our website, as long as you do so fairly and do not suggest a connection with us that does not exist.

We work to keep the website available, accurate and secure, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, free of errors or interruptions, or compatible with every device. We may change, suspend or close the website, or any part of it, at any time, for example for maintenance.

The website is provided free of charge, for information. To the extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for decisions you make, or costs you incur, on the basis of the website's content alone, in particular about tournaments, before an agreement is signed;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, business or opportunity;
• we are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, by other websites, or by viruses or attacks that we could not reasonably prevent.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that Albanian law or, for visitors in the European Union, the mandatory law of their country does not allow to be limited or excluded.

You are responsible for any loss we suffer because you broke these terms.

How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy, and the cookies of the website in our cookie policy.

These terms, and any dispute about the website or these terms, are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Tirana, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts of the place where you live. We will always try to settle a disagreement with you amicably first: write to management@elitepassnetwork.com.

These terms are written in English. If we publish them in another language and the versions differ, the English version prevails, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may change these terms, for example when we change the website or the law changes. The new terms apply from the date at the top of this page; please check it when you use the website. Terms that applied when you sent us a request remain valid for that request.
