How Elite Pass works for youth football academies and tournament organisers: applying, costs, documents, travel and what to expect.

From U7 to U19. Each tournament lists its own age groups, format and level, and we only propose events that match your squads.

We review squad level, competition history, coaching staff and travel readiness before proposing any tournament.

Entry fees are set by each tournament. Our service fee is agreed with you in writing before anything is booked.

Yes. Tell us about your event and the teams you need, and we will propose academies that fit your bracket.

On request, we coordinate travel and accommodation with each tournament's official partners.

Elite Pass is a network that places vetted youth football academies into closed, high-level tournaments. We review each academy, match its squads to events of the right level and age group, broker the entry with the organiser and coordinate the logistics, so coaches can focus on the football. Tournament organisers use us to fill their brackets with teams of the right standard.

Open tournaments accept any team that is registered with a football association and pays the entry fee, so the level varies widely. Invitation-only, or closed, tournaments choose their teams so that every match is competitive. Elite Pass works with closed tournaments: we propose your academy only where its level fits the bracket.

Start six to nine months ahead. The best tournaments fill their places early, especially at Easter and in the summer, and travel, accommodation and player documents all take time. If you are later than that, ask anyway: places sometimes open when a team withdraws.

Every player and staff member needs a passport or ID card valid for the destination, and any visa it requires. Minors usually need signed parental consent for travel and medical treatment, and the squad needs insurance that covers matches abroad. Most tournaments also ask for a player list with dates of birth and proof that the team is registered with its national association. We send each event's exact requirements when your place is confirmed.

Some high-level youth tournaments are watched by club scouts, but no tournament can promise trials or contracts, and neither do we. What a strong tournament gives your players is regular matches against teams of their level or above, which is what development and visibility depend on. We tell you what is known about each event before you decide.

Send the academy request on our contact page with your academy's details, the age groups you want to enter, the level your squads play at and your preferred dates. We review the academy, then propose the tournaments that fit. Nothing is booked until you have agreed the event, the costs and our fee in writing.

Yes. Each squad is assessed for its own age group and level, and where possible we look for events that host all of them together, which keeps travel and staffing simpler.

Your academy's staff stay responsible for your players throughout the trip, and each tournament's own rules and safeguarding requirements apply. We make sure you know those requirements before you commit, and we coordinate schedules, venues and accommodation with the organiser so your staff can focus on the players.
